At American Factory Direct (AFD) Furniture, we are committed to offering exceptional value. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a qualifying online retailer, we'll match it, so you can shop with confidence, knowing you're getting the best deal.

What We Match:

AFD will match the advertised price of an identical item (same brand, model number, size, configuration, and condition) from a qualifying online retailer. The item must be:

  • In stock and available for immediate shipment at the time of verification
  • Sold by a retailer authorized to sell the brand
  • Priced accurately, without pricing errors

We will also match applicable shipping and sales tax costs when calculating the total price.

What's Not Eligible:

Our Online Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
  • Flash sales, daily deals, or limited-time promotions
  • Auction websites (e.g., eBay), marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon third-party), or unauthorized dealers
  • Refurbished, open-box, floor models, or previously owned items
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or out-of-stock items
  • Membership-based or loyalty pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam's Club, etc.)

How to Request a Price Match:

To request a price match, simply present a live, verifiable link to the advertised item from a qualifying online retailer. This link must show the product, pricing, and availability clearly. Printed screenshots or photos will not be accepted as proof of current pricing.

  • In-store by speaking with an AFD associate
  • Online by contacting our customer care team

Timeframe:

We honor price match requests at the time of purchase or within 60 days of your original purchase date.

All price match requests are subject to verification by AFD. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the terms outlined above or if we are unable to verify the competing offer. AFD reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
